General Tips and Hints

     Browser Versions: If you are having trouble with the system, the first thing to check it to make sure that you have the right version of browser. You should have version 4.0 or higher of Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
     If you are using AOL, it is essential that you be using version 4.0. Version 3.0 has several problems that cause parts of our site to be inaccessible to users.

     Information for AOL Users: We do not recommend AOL as your internet service provider. We feel that a local service provider can provide much better support and service. The only local provider we've had some member feedback on so far is Stratos. They seem to have good service.
     If you are already with AOL and feel that you would like to stay with them, please make sure that you are using version 4.0 of their software. Earlier versions tend to have many problems with certain aspects of our site.

     Computer Requirements: The computer requirements for using our site are very small. In most cases, your requirements for other programs will far exceed what is required to use our system. However, if you don't need a computer for anything else and just want to know what it'll take to be able to use our system, here's a list of things to look for. The items on this list are actually more than what are required, but a system matching these specifications should be available for around $600.00 - $750.00.
