     Most of the free areas of the web site will work just fine with Navigator. The construction reports CAN be entered with Netscape Navigator. However, when you first enter your ID and password, your browser will sit there and do nothing. If you click on the Stop button, then click on the Reload button, the page will come up. The script on it doesn't run properly, but the links will function. There may be other problems as well, but we won't really know until they are found.
     We do not support the use of Netscape Navigator (any version). There were two reasons for this decision. First, the percentage of users we have that use Navigator is extremely small. Writing the extra code to support Navigator as well as Explorer simply isn't an efficient use of time. Second, Netscape's upper management has publicly conceded the browser arena to Microsoft and announced their intentions to turn Navigator into a multimedia platform (click here and here to read news articles on this subject). With Navigator already lagging behind in browser technology and no chance of it closing the gap, there's little point in supporting it now or in the future.
